Events split themselves into upcoming and past against the real date, so the diary is right the morning after an event without anyone touching it. The member register is a public listing grouped by region, and region is a shared axis: a region page shows both the members based there and the events coming up there. Publications are a numbered library with editions and downloads. Joining and booking are forms, not payments, because a secretariat invoices afterwards. No product plugin is involved: this is a site that sells trust and documents.
