Installing

• WordPress 6.0 or newer
• PHP 8.0 or newer
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+
• PHP memory limit 128 MB

The PHP 8.0 requirement is higher than that of WordPress itself, because AumViso requires it. The list above shows the strictest requirement across all components; a host that meets it supports all of them.

Current versions are listed under WordPress admin → Tools → Site Health → Info.

If your host cannot meet these requirements and its configuration cannot be changed, write to support@aumcreate.com. This qualifies for a refund.

Aumframe is the editor, and the theme’s page templates depend on it to render; the demo content in the kit references those templates. Installing in a different order produces a series of errors until all components are in place.

• ① Theme: Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme → `aumcreate-theme-x.x.x.zip` → Activate
• ② Aumframe: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → `aumframe-x.x.x.zip` → Activate
• ③ Other plugins required by the template, installed the same way. The required plugins are listed on the product page and on your download page, and differ by template
• ④ The kit (`kit-xxx.zip`): imports the demo content, described in Importing the demo content

If WooCommerce is among the plugins in step ③, install it directly from the WordPress plugin directory.

Each licence is tied to one domain, including its subdomains. It is permanent and requires no renewal. Domain changes are handled manually on request by email.

Licence validation is offline. The key carries its own signature, so the site does not connect to our servers to validate it, and it continues to run without an internet connection or while our servers are unavailable.

Instructions and a screenshot showing where the key is entered in Aumframe will be added. For assistance in the meantime, contact us through the support window in the lower-right corner of this site.

New versions are added to your AumCreate account when they are released, and updates are free permanently. Download the new package and upload it in the WordPress admin to replace the previous version; site content and settings are kept.
