Installing

• WordPress 6.0 or newer
• PHP 8.0 or newer
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+
• PHP memory limit 128 MB

PHP 8.0 is stricter than WordPress itself asks for — AumViso needs it. What is listed above is the strictest requirement in the set, so meeting it means meeting all of them.

Not sure what you are on? WordPress admin → Tools → Site Health → Info lists every one of these.

If the host cannot get there and cannot be changed, write to support@aumcreate.com. That is a refund case — you should not have to go fight your host over it.

The order is not arbitrary. Aumframe is the editor, and the theme’s page templates need it to render; the demo content in the kit then references those templates. Installing backwards produces a run of errors — it does sort itself out once everything is in, but the stretch in between makes people think they bought the wrong thing.

• ① Theme: Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme → `aumcreate-theme-x.x.x.zip` → Activate
• ② Aumframe: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → `aumframe-x.x.x.zip` → Activate
• ③ The other plugins this template needs, the same way. Which ones is listed on the product page and on your download page — it differs per template
• ④ The kit (`kit-xxx.zip`): that step is importing the demo content, covered separately

If WooCommerce is in step ③, install it straight from the WordPress plugin directory. No need to get it from us.

One site, forever, no renewal. The licence is tied to one domain — moving domains is something we handle by hand, just write in.

The check is offline. The key carries its own signature, so your site never has to reach us to validate it. No internet, our server down, or us gone entirely — your site keeps running.

🔧 This part is still missing a screenshot: exactly which Aumframe screen the key goes into. We are filling that in. Until then, if you cannot find it, hit “Talk to a person” in the corner and we will tell you where — do not go hunting through settings.

You do not come back here to download them. Once installed, new versions show up on the WordPress Updates screen exactly like a plugin from wordpress.org. One click. Theme and plugins are both in the same place.

⚠️ An expired licence blocks nothing except new packages. Worst case we stop shipping you updates; the site runs exactly as it did. That is by design, not a temporary state.
