About this template
Estates are the spine of the site: each one carries its area, species mix, planting years, certification and public access, and breaks down into compartments you can link to. Management plans are documents with their own pages and download links, which is what a landowner or a regulator actually comes for. Timber is a single product line table on one page, not a catalogue, because this trade buys by contract and by the cubic metre. Stewardship, landowners and people each get a page of their own, so the site answers who you are and how you work without a sales funnel anywhere in it.

- Can I change it, or is it locked?

- How many sites can I use it on?
- One. The licence is tied to a single domain. Moving it to a different domain is something we do for you — just ask.
- Does it renew?
- No. One payment, and the site keeps working whether or not you ever hear from us again. Updates are free for life.
- How long until it is live?
- Install the theme and the editor, import the template, then replace the demo content with yours. The first two steps take minutes; the third is as long as your content takes.
- Can I keep the demo photos?
- Treat them as placeholders and replace them with your own. They are there so the site looks finished while you work, not to be published as your material.
- Can I get a refund?
- Not as a change of mind — the files are delivered the moment you pay and cannot be taken back. What we do cover is our side: if it will not install on a host that meets the requirements above, or something in it is broken, we fix it — and if we cannot, you get your money back.
