A supplier spreadsheet in, a WooCommerce import out
The importer matches column names literally: write “Short Description” with a capital D and that column is skipped without an error, and the products land with no description. Drop the supplier file here and get a CSV with the headers exactly as the importer expects.
- Column names follow the official WooCommerce importer schema, in the order its own export uses, so you can compare the two side by side.
- Rows are checked before you spend anything: missing name, missing price, duplicate SKU, a local image path where a URL belongs. Each of those imports without complaint and leaves a product that cannot be sold.
- Your spreadsheet is never uploaded. Only product names and specs are sent — your cost, supplier and internal columns never leave your machine.
- Copy is written from the specs you supply and nothing else. Invented dimensions or certifications are promises to a buyer, and those cost more than a refund.
