All three service levels use the same in-house WordPress theme, engine and plugins, which run on live client sites. They differ in who carries out the installation and how much of the work is included.

Send the material: logo, text, photos, product list and hosting login. If anything is missing, we send a checklist.

We install the template and add your content on our own server, then send you a preview link. One round of changes is included.

After your approval, we move the site to your hosting and launch it, with a one-page guide to editing content. The balance is due after launch.

- Do I need my own hosting?
- Yes. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, so the site is owned by you rather than held under our account. If you do not yet have hosting, we recommend a provider and plan; a plan of around one hundred US dollars a year is sufficient.
- Do content changes after launch require your involvement?
- No. Products, text and images are edited in the WordPress admin, in the same way as a post. A one-page guide is included at hand-over. New features are quoted separately as custom work.
- Are the Chinese and English versions one site?
- Yes. One site can carry several languages, with a language switcher in the header. Translation for each additional language is priced by page count and listed separately in the quote.
